Justin and Mary: Engaged

What happens when the wind is blowing 35MPH+ and you have an engagement session scheduled? You call to cancel, right? Well what if the clients still want to shoot? You shoot of course! This session was the windiest conditions I've ever worked in. When we got three seconds of less than 20MPH winds we took advantage and I don't think there was much more that could have been done. Mary's son held a light for me and I think it took all he had to keep that thing on the ground. (Thanks, by the way!)

Dana and Janice : Engaged

Funny story. A client of mine showed up to an engagement session and asked me what in the world was going on with my blog. She saw that it hadn't been updated in a while (see my previous post) and pretty much scolded me for slacking. Afterwards she gladly volunteered to be the session that started off a new dedication to getting everything up to date. So because she asked nicely, she gets her wish. Thanks for the push Janice! Looking forward to your wedding in June! (But, please, don't give me a hard time if your wedding isn't up immediately ;-)

Nicholas and Courtney : Engaged

This girl came loaded with more props than any session I've ever shot! Signs and shirts and ampersands oh my! They also came with great personalities and bit of patience to boot. So although we had a bit of equipment malfunction (stupid piece of grass!) we still rocked out and got some great images. Can't wait for your wedding in 2012!

Tom and Kristy : Engaged

This may come as a shocker to those of you who've been following the latest string of engagement sessions, but Tom and Kristy spent some time in front of my camera at George Wyth Park! (I told you, I'm going to own that place pretty soon, just a few more payments!) No matter, we had a great time and they were both a blast to work with. You've gotta love a couple that tells me that they're up for anything I want them to do and who later suggest that they hang upside down from a tree...
