Kyle and Katie : Wedding : 10/16/2010

Kyle and Katie were married last weekend in Cedar Falls. We were back at the Nazareth Lutheran Church and then off to the Elk's Lodge for the reception (with a brief stop at Mulligan's to check out the Iowa score of course). Considering it was the middle of October, in Iowa, the weather was absolutely amazing. Could not possibly have asked for better! Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day!

Interpreters' Theater : The Summoning

A couple times a year I shoot the Interperters' Theater plays at UNI. They're a good time and free admission. This play was a re-thought 'The Summoning of Everyman' written by Paul Siddens. Keep up the good work guys!

Kalli's Calendar Shoot

Kalli recently came to us for some images that she could use for a calendar contest. We headed out into the middle of nowhere and stopped at the first good corn crop we saw. (It's Iowa so, well, we didn't need to go far.) Here's a few of my favorites; good luck with the contest Kalli!

Nathan and Kimberly : Engaged

Nathan and Kimberly chose to have their engagement photos taken at Hartman Nature Reserve in Cedar Falls. Just like every other day this week, there were quite a few other photographers there taking in the scenery. I actually had to crop a family photo out of the background in one of the shots. (Oops, didn't see them at the time...) We had a good time shooting and their dogs made it interesting as well. Thanks guys!

2010/2011 Senior : Luke

Luke wanted his pictures taken outdoors in a wooded area to show off the fall colors, so we headed to Hartman Nature Reserve in Cedar Falls. Not surpisingly, there were about 6 other photographers there shooting everything from families to engagements. I say that to say this: thank you Luke for choosing Biggs Photography for your senior portraits! Have a great last year of high school!
